One of the most profound ways to have a relationship with the mystery of being a human being, is to consider the archetypal landscape of your inner world. From the purity of the Shadow as a Jungian archetype, to modern psycho-spiritual work that demands that we look at the darker qualities of our psyche, working with the shadow is the most important self-investigation you can take on.
Remember that we always have a shadow, and our relationship with this part of our psyche is always dynamic and ready to be explored. Join me for four Saturdays where we will:
• Investigate multiple ways shadow work can be done
• Examine how shame and early life experiences helped create the shadow
• Generate a comprehensive sense of your inner archetypal landscape
• Use powerful guided hypnotic meditations to dive even deeper

Each 2 hour class will be held live on Saturdays at 11:00am PT. Within 24-hours, class videos will be available, so you can participate without attending the live class.
This will be interactive on Zoom Webinar, and yes, there will be homework; you will get your first assignment when you register. There will be a Facebook group to stay connected in community while we work.
